Factory Coupons & Promo Codes

Saving at Factory

Factory sells women's and men's clothing with a focus on casual basics, dresses, and everyday wear. You'll find 15 active offers here, and most come with coupon codes you can apply at checkout to lock in discounts before you buy.

How to Redeem Your Factory Code

1. Copy your chosen coupon code from CouponCare to your clipboard.
2. Add items to your cart on factory.jcrew.com and proceed to checkout.
3. Paste the code into the promo or discount code field during payment.
4. Your discount applies instantly. Review your savings and complete your purchase.

• If the code will not apply: check that you have met any minimum purchase requirement listed with the offer, as some discounts apply only to orders above a certain amount.
• If the code expired: return to CouponCare and select a different active offer from the current list.
• If you see an error message: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try adding the code again in a fresh checkout session.
• If the discount appears lower than advertised: verify the code has not been combined with another promotion, as most retailers limit stacking.

More Ways to Save at Factory

• Stack coupons with clearance sections. Factory regularly marks down items in their clearance area. Apply a percentage-off coupon code on top of these already-reduced prices to maximize your savings on basics and seasonal pieces.
• Watch for free shipping thresholds. Check the store's current free shipping policy before checkout. You may qualify for free delivery once you reach a spending minimum, which can save you significantly on larger orders.
• Sign up for email alerts. Factory sends exclusive offers and early access to sales to email subscribers. This is often where the best percentage-off codes appear before they're widely publicized.
• Look for first-order discounts. New customers often qualify for a special welcome offer. If you're shopping at Factory for the first time, check for a first purchase discount code before you complete your order.
• Check coupon terms for apparel restrictions. Some discounts may exclude certain categories or brands. Read the fine print on your chosen code to make sure it applies to the items in your cart.

Before You Check Out

Factory is a clothing retailer, so check the store's return policy to understand your window for exchanges and refunds if items don't fit or meet your expectations. Shipping costs and timeframes vary, so review the shipping details during checkout before completing your purchase. Most apparel retailers offer standard ground shipping, but expedited options may be available for an additional fee. Store policies on final sale or clearance items may differ from regular-price merchandise, so confirm what you're buying before checkout.
